You need to select an actual organization and complete a TOWS matrix and analysis. This TOWS matrix should build upon the information that you provided for your selected organization in Assessment 1.
Be sure to review what is mean by the “knowledge economy management approach.” You will want to find examples of this in your organization.
You might want to quickly look at all of the assessment guidelines for this course. Each one builds on the previous one with a final paper at the end of the term.
